Perler Heart-shaped Boxes!
Make a heart-shaped box as a gift for Mom this Valentine's Day!
Follow the easy instructions below or be creative and make your own
special design using ours as a guide!

Along with Perler beads, you will need the following materials:
  • Small heart-shaped pegboard
  • Matching thread or floss
  • Thin ribbon
Next, select a design pattern from the images below to print out and use as
a pattern, or make up your own designs using ours as a guide. In order for the
patterns on the sides to work out, assemble them in this exact order!

After your beads have been ironed, follow the directions below for assembly.
HEARTBOX ASSEMBLY 1

Step 1.

Making sure to
follow the
exact order,
knot the thread
and attach the
bottom 4 layers
to each other
using the diagram
at left as a guide.

Continue around
the hearts until
you have gone
the whole way
around! Then,
making sure to
finish on the
bottom, knot the
thread again.


Step 2.

Attach the top of your
heart box by threading
the thin ribbon through
the box and lid as
shown in the diagram
at right.

Tie the ribbons in bows
on top! 		HEARTBOX ASSEMBLY 2
