Thread glow beads onto the chenille stems and fold the ends over to secure them.

Using thin wire, form loops from one chenille stem to the next. Work your way around the web adding glow beads to the wire as you progress.

Add an inner detail to the web by looping wire around the chenille stems similar to step 4.
